All offers and services of our online store for the customer, as well as the use of the website Hufschuhshop.at, are provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions. Amendments, supplements and ancillary agreements to these terms and conditions must be made in writing to be effective.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our General Terms and Conditions as notified to the contractual partner shall apply.

Our offers are subject to change. The offers of the online store on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods; by ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The online store is entitled to accept this offer within 3 calendar days by sending an order confirmation. The order is confirmed by an e-mail from the online store.

The test shoes and Fit Kit test shells are rented for a maximum of 2 weeks. The full purchase price must be deposited as security. You cannot and must not ride with the Fit Kit test shoes! The shells are only intended to determine the correct size. The loan fee is €15 for test shoes and €10 for FitKit test cups and will be credited if you purchase or exchange them for a different size. Test shoes and Fit Kit test shells may only be paid for in advance. When paying by credit card, the costs/fees incurred for the transactions in the event of a return will be passed on to the customer! 

If the test hoof boots / FitKit Tesch shells are returned dirty or excessively worn, the rental fee increases to €35. The borrower is liable for any damage caused by improper use or loss. The test shoes must be returned in the delivery box with all accessories. The borrower bears the return shipping costs. We recommend sending the return shipment with a consignment number and proof of posting. If the shipment is lost, we cannot grant a refund.

As soon as the test shoes/fit kit shells are returned to us, they will be checked and the difference between the security/deposit and the rental fee will be transferred to the account used by the customer for payment within 3 working days. 

If the test hoof boots / Fit Kit test shells are not demonstrably returned to the seller within the agreed period of 2 weeks, they shall become the property of the borrower on the date of acceptance by the borrower and the transaction shall be treated as a normal purchase.

Delivery is made by sending the goods to the address provided by the customer against the specified packaging and shipping costs.we ship with GLS Austria, DPD and the Austrian Post. The delivery and shipping costs can be found on the website at any time.

The goods must be checked for transport damage immediately upon receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged in transit, the recipient/customer must immediately report the damage to the shipping service provider and also inform us at office @ hufschuhshop.at. If the partial loss or damage is not externally recognizable, the customer must report this to Hufschuhshop.at within five days of delivery or to the shipping service provider within seven days of delivery in order to ensure that any claims against the shipping service provider can be asserted in good time.

The prices quoted in the online store are final prices and include country-specific VAT. Shipping costs will be added. B2B orders with a valid VAT number can be sold and delivered VAT-free.

The data protection provisions are an integral part of these GTC. They are to be confirmed before the order process and can be viewed at any time on the homepage. We store the data required for business processing and, if necessary, pass it on to our shipping partners and payment service providers as part of order processing.

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and - if relevant - additionally by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration on specific processing situations, stored personal data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

Our revocation policy is part of the GTC. Please read them carefully. You will find the link to the cancellation policy at the bottom of every page on our website. The withdrawal policy will also be sent to you by e-mail after you have successfully placed your order. Hoof boots which have been deformed by means of „heat fitting“ or similar are excluded from exchange and return.

Business to Business orders are excluded from exchange and return.

The warranty is based on the statutory regulations. We do not repair or replace hoof boots if the damage has been caused by user error or by the horse kicking or biting.

All products, company logos and images shown are the property of the respective companies and are subject to the copyright of the respective licensors. The images and content produced by Hufschuhshop.at itself may not be used or copied without our consent.

The contractual relationship shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law.
